NISAT does not guarantee university admission, visa issuance, scholarships, or financial aid. Outcomes are determined solely by third-party institutions and immigration authorities. This disclaimer is consistent with Section 30 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, which pertains to agreements contingent upon uncertain events.
User Obligations
By using our platform, you agree to:
• Provide true, current, and complete information when submitting queries or forms
• Do not use this platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Refrain from copying, distributing, or modifying any material without prior written consent from NISAT
• Violation may attract consequences under Sections 415–420 and Sections 464 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (cheating and forgery), as well as under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras.
Users waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
This is as per Section 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
